The City of Urbana Public Works Department has approved a Special Event Permit Application from 40 North/88 West for the Urbana Fall Fusion Festival. On Saturday, October 10, 2026, portions of streets in the City of Urbana will be closed to accommodate the event.
Streets in Downtown Urbana will be closed from approximately 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. to accommodate a vendor fair and related activities. The street closures include Main Street from the Main Street/Springfield Avenue split to Broadway Avenue and Race Street from Elm Street to approximately one block north of Main Street.
