Title II ADA Grievance Procedure
Under Title II of the ADA, individuals may not be excluded from participation in, denied benefits of, or subjected to discrimination in City programs, activities, or services because of a disability.
The City of Urbana has established a grievance procedure for resolving complaints related to accessibility and disability discrimination.
