The Urbana Police Department provides Livescan fingerprinting services for certain reasons by appointment only and some reasons require a fee. To make an appointment, call the police department at 217-384-2320 or by completing the fillable form below.
This service is offered Monday through Friday, except City Holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Fingerprints are taken at the front desk of the police department, which is located at 400 South Vine Street. Inked print cards are not offered.
Payment of $75.25 for various processing fees must be made in advance through the Human Resources and Finance Department.
All persons being fingerprinted must present a valid, government-issued form of identification at the time of the appointment.
