Elizabeth Hannan, a seasoned professional with 35 years of local government expertise, serves as the Human Resources and Finance Director for the City of Urbana. Before joining Urbana in October 2014, Elizabeth dedicated 25 years to the City of Champaign, where she held various roles in both the Finance and Public Works departments.
Having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati, Elizabeth brings a solid educational foundation to her extensive practical experience. Residing in Urbana, she is committed to contributing her skills and knowledge to the growth and success of the community.
