Residents can pay for their residential parking permits here.
When applying for an annual residential parking permit online, you will need to submit documentation for validation. This includes proof of residency, a photo ID, and current vehicle registration (not insurance) showing the registered owner’s name and address, and valid vehicle information.
The proof of residency may be one of the following:
- Driver's license showing an address in the zone
- Signed lease agreement (e.g., full name, address in the permit area, dates of the lease agreement, and signature)
- Current utility bill showing name and address in the permit area
You will be required to upload the documents as PDF or JPG images. All required documents must be received prior to the permit review.
After you have completed the online permit request process and paid, if applicable, the online system will generate a 30-day temporary permit for you to print and place on your vehicle. Staff will review all submitted documentation and, if approved, mail your annual permit to the address provided in the residential parking zone.

Annual Permits are available beginning August 1 for each new permit year. Residents applying for annual permits must resubmit the required documentation listed above each year.
