The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) is presented in three main sections.
The Introductory Section includes a financial overview, a discussion of the City of Urbana's economy, and organizational charts for the City.
The Financial Section includes the City's auditor's report, management's discussion and analysis, audited basic financial statements and notes, and the underlying combining and individual fund financial statements and supporting schedules.
The Statistical Section includes selected unaudited economic, financial trends, and demographic information for Urbana on a multiyear basis.
