State law requires the Mayor of the City of Urbana to convene a meeting of the Enterprise Zone Advisory Board at least once per year. A representative from each of the participating taxing bodies sits on the advisory board.
The meeting includes a presentation of the annual report, approval of minutes of previous meetings, and a discussion of any new Enterprise Zone projects and initiatives.
This board meets annually in March. Board meetings are open to the public.
